For ages 50 or older. This exercise program has been designed especially for seniors and is excellent for staying flexible. Carolyn Riddle will instruct you on fun, flexible movements which focus on strengthening and toning. Class is free.

Come and sing in our choir directed by Bob Crombie, and music provided by Susan Thompson, our organist. The group travels to different nursing homes and assisted living facilities to perform for their residents. They also sing in the Simpsonville Christmas Parade. No experience in reading music necessary, only a desire to sing along with others and have fun!
